​Trash service is included. Water and sewage are billed separately to the resident. Residents are also responsible for setting up and paying for electricity, cable, and internet services.

Do you allow pets?

​No, pets are not permitted at Chatsworth Park.

Is renter’s insurance required?

​Yes, renter’s insurance is required. Residents may use any insurance provider they choose, and we can also recommend a company we work with.

What lease term options are available?

​We offer standard 12-month leases with no additional fees. Shorter lease terms may be available for an additional monthly fee.

Are garages available on the property?

​Garages are not available. However, we do offer covered parking for a small monthly fee, as well as complimentary uncovered off-street parking.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

​Residents can easily submit maintenance requests online through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing office directly. Our maintenance team strives to respond promptly to all service requests.

How much is the security deposit?

​Security deposits vary based on application screening results and start at $500.

Is storage available on the property?

Yes, storage is available in most basement areas. Select apartment homes also include additional balcony storage.

 

What payment methods are accepted?

​Residents can make payments through the online resident portal using credit cards, debit cards, or ACH bank transfers.

Are you located near a bus line?

Yes, Chatsworth Park is conveniently located on a bus line.

 

Are the buildings secure?

Yes, residents are provided with a secure 4-digit entry code for access to the common hallways.

 

Do you offer 24-hour maintenance?

​Yes, emergency maintenance services are available 24 hours a day.
